| They're a couple weeks early this year, but we were able to catch them at the perfect time! |

| It was a wonderful evening. The trees were in full bloom, the sun was setting and it was about 75 degrees outside. |

| We walked around the Tidal Basin, which is a man-made inlet, next to the Potomac. Beautiful scenery is an understatement, at this type of year. |

| This was taken on the opposite side of the basin, looking out at the Washington Monument and the Jefferson Memorial. |

| Our last stop was the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial. We had never stumbled upon this particular memorial before, and if you haven't either, it is TOTALLY worth it. In our opinion, it is the most beautiful of all. Wes decided to thank Eleanor, on our way out, for such a peaceful experience. |
